As our young entrepreneurs are preparing to launch their businesses and wrap up the year, we took some time to discuss an important topic for us all: principles of leadership.

We welcomed Dan Teefey, President of the Tracy Family Foundation, to walk us through key characterstics and principles of good leadership. Dan's background and passion for helping others allows him to impact change in our local communities through his leadership at the foundation.

He challenged the team to think about people that influence their lives: "The greatest people that influence you are those that have taken the time to invest in you, care for you, model for you." In turn, we now know that practicing relational influence will result in more influential leadership when given the opportunity.
