Balance sheets, assets, and liabilities… oh my!

In this morning’s session, we talked about financial lingo, common business terms, and other basic info that our team members will be hearing and learning as we move forward.

We were led in discussion by Matt Lawver, former loan officer, current investment manager with Edward Jones, and CEO Board Member. He brought along with him Seth Minter, who has also been involved with the CEO program in many ways, currently as an investor.

Both shared some personal stories and examples of how they’ve helped business owners grow and manage their portfolios. We appreciate having both of these money managers coming to share their expertise and experience with us!
