Jena Parks, a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer, built JBee Designs into a highly successful business after taking a leap and breaking out on her own.

Two and a half years ago, Jena started working on the building that would house her show room, demonstrating her commitment to being a part of the community. Now, she manages dozens of projects (of varying stages) at any given time. The difference maker: walking the customer through every step of the process. You won't get that from the big box stores.

Jena's approach to customer service sets her apart from the competition. She talked about the importance of relationships with vendors, and the psychology of product demonstration & sales.
