Introduce yourself, and tell us your leadership style!

That was the charge to our team members today as we dove headfirst into a self-assessment of leadership behavior. Justin Schuch, Interim Vice President for Student Success at WIU, and Ketra Roselieb, Vice President for Finance and Administration at WIU (and our program's Board Chair), facilitated a timely session focusing on a matrix of leadership styles and skills.

It's always helpful to learn more about ourselves and our teammates. We know more about each member's strengths and how they benefit the group. They are now primed and ready to go, as we shift into gear for class business development.

And on that note... stay tuned! We're looking forward to sharing more -- very soon!
