Today's session on conflict management was led by Dr. Honey Zimmerman, Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management with the WIU College of Business & Technology. She talked about how conflict (and negotiation) is a part of every day life, and how you personally approach it makes all the difference.

Dr. Zimmerman talked a lot about the different styles of conflict, how to adapt, managing difficult conversations, and considerations about nonverbal communication. We gained a lot of information today! Thanks to Dr. Zimmerman for sharing your knowledge and experience, and for giving us a few more tools to use as we approach class business development.
