Don O’Brien, Regional Director of BBB Quincy and Investigations Manager with BBB St. Louis, gave us a thorough overview of how to research and review both businesses and charities. We also talked a lot about fraud and scams, and how to spot them. Turns out, young adults are more likely to fall victim to scams than any other age group!
