On Wednesday, we got a (not quite) 30,000-foot view from McDonough Power Cooperative about the history, role, and work done by electric cooperatives. The staff showed us all about their safety gear, provided some demonstrations, and even let us see what it’s like to go up in the bucket. (Don’t worry Mom, we were tethered and had a professional escort!)
