Meet BakeBites Bakery, a home-based bakery created by Alyssa Shockency. She is a junior at Macomb 185 Schools and is mentored by Blake Severs, Macomb Park District .
Here is the inspiration behind Alyssa's products: "I have always been drawn to the artistry and creativity of baking – the way a simple cake can be transformed into a work of art with just a swirl of frosting or how a batch of cookies can bring smiles to people's faces. It's not just about the ingredients and the recipes; it's about the joy and warmth that baking brings to both the baker and the people who enjoy their creations."
